BlackBerry should allow customized shortcuts on the Q10.
Why do we need two shift buttons?
One of them could be used as a shortcut button.
For example :
Right Shift + b = open a specific web page
Right Shift + dc = dial a specific contact
Right Shift + c = copy
Right Shift + p = paste
Right Shift + wc = open whatsapp chat with a specific contact
There would be hundreds of possibilities.

The keyboard is a killer feature on the Q10 and BlackBerry should make more use of it.

The alt key would be better to use than the shift key, as shift is for capitalization. But I do believe that are working on custom shortcuts. It has been noted as a sought after feature in the beta zone
