    Hi everyone...

    I have an unlocked Telus Blackberry device. I once stayed in Indonesia for 5 months, and while there I used a SIM card from a local Indonesian carrier (called Telkomsel), and I had BIS.

    When I returned to Canada, I still kept the Indonesian SIM card inside the phone, and to my (pleasant) surprise, BBM still worked, but only on wifi though.

    Then I put a Rogers SIM card (I won't explain why as it's irrelevant -- don't wanna write a lengthy thread), and then when I put the Indonesian SIM card back, BBM stopped working....even it won't work on wifi either......how come..?! What exactly do I need to do to get BBM working again when using the Indonesian SIM card while on wifi?

    Maybe the Telkomsel SIM now hasn't fully registered with the carrier via 'roaming'. But, I'm merely guessing here. Can you speak with the carrier about it, or?
