what is pushed content and is it important? can somebody please explain that to me because I'm scared to just clear it without even knowing what it is.

Pushed content is stuff (for lack of better words) that your carrier "pushes" to your BB. Like the weather content from mobile.blackbery.com.

You can safely delete it, but it will come back when your carrier sends it again. To delete it permanently you need to unsubscribe at the site you signed up for it.

I don't ever remembered signing up for anything entitled "pushed content," but then again that's just the generic name for things such as blog updates sent to my phone correct? What other things are typically pushed content?

Again there is a weather app, Espn alerts, Typing Trooper etc...
Really depends on the carrier.

Typing Trooper? I didn't get that! Dang it! I could use a typing tutor for the blackberry. My thumbs just aren't as fast as my fingers on a regular keyboard
