There has always been talks of desktop BBM, but this takes it one step further. Getting what's on your phone to your computer and vice versa without having to connect to your computer.
There's lots of possibilities here. Maybe even taking the concept further and having a video chat start on the phone and switch to your computer or vice versa.
Another name for this is called One Note
Yeah. And for files it's called remote file access.

I would sill rather just have my phones screen on my computer that can be used from the computer.
BlackBerry Blend as well, while we are talking products that do/will do this.
