Hi all,

I'm new to the Z10 and I love it however lately I can't reply, forward or attach files to emails.

I get protocol layer was unable to send message.

I was pop and or imap.

Any advice?

Does it happen with every address or only when you try emailing certain addresses?

Hi,

I can't forward any email and I can't attach a file to any email either.

I can send and receive emails to and from any address.

Very strange.

P.s my Hotmail works fine. It's just Imap servers and I use 1and1.co.uk as my email provider

Ah sorry can't help. I've got problems as well, but it's whenever I try copying an email address that's not in my contact book, the email format is rejected by the Z10 and I get the same message you did.
The email system seems buggy but will hopefully be fixed in the future.
