I have a new Blackberry Curve 8330. I have had it for several weeks and love it. Today my "Profiles" is "off" and I can't turn it on so now the phone doesn't ring. HELP!! Thanks.
You can get to profiles by clicking on the speaker. You will see a list of various profiles and can then select the one you want by scrolling and pressing the trackball.
If you do not have your phone set to dial from the home screen, you can also use the key "f" to open profiles.
