Hi, I can't change my bbm profile picture on my Q10 and its getting really frustrating. Please help me? I can't even delete and reinstall like with the bold and that always worked.

Please update your profile to include device, carrier, and location. Makes it easier for others to help you.

1. Open BBM via the actual BBM icon.
2. In top left corner, tap your profile pic to open your profile.
3. Tap profile pic in top left corner again.
4. Profile pic opens, with Replace Picture action item in bottom bar.
5. Tap Replace Picture and choose away!

I know how to change the picture and I have changed it quite a few times since I got the phone, but the same picture has been showing for the last 3 days and even it changes on my profile, it doesn't change on my contacts's bbm and I have tried everything, and I even upgraded my phone last night. No change.

I'm trying to understand the issue. You've changed you bbm profile pic but your contact doesn't see the change?

Yes they do not see the change. Keeps showing the same picture.

Have you tried to uninstall BBM via Blackberry World then reinstall it? Another possibility would be trying out the latest beta client of BBM, yet I am not sure if this would fix the problem.

I tried deleting bbm but I can't, it is not like with the bold. Usually when I deleted bbm and reinstalled it, the problem was fixed but now I can't delete it and there is no bbm on blackberry world to re-download. I tried refreshing my phone like with the bold by typing "/"/ but no luck. Not sure how to do the beta thing but I will try that now.

Is it the same for all your contacts or is it only the one that's not getting the profile pic update?

Hi Bianca, have you had any luck with your problem? I am having the same issue and I just realized yesterday that my profile pic hasn't changed (to my bbm contacts) since June!! Let me know if you've found a solution. Thanks!
