Good Morning to all members, I have an 8310 and it was working fine until yesterday I had it in my back pocket and now the device I can not unlocked, I know that its on because when I call to the phone it rings and I see the caller id but I can not use the answer button nor answer, also the track ball I can move it and take it to the option that says unlocked but I can not put the code, is like if the phone works but the key pad it self is not working, also yesterday I change the battery would that had to do anything, I was able to connect the device to the DM and back up everything, its weird can anyone suggest something.
