Problem with read receipt problem

Hi,
I just recently got a blackberry tour with bell mobility
I notice something that when i receive new email from hotmail, the email seen on the web browser still continue to show unread even thought i have read it on the blackberry. The weird thing is when i do a delete on blackberry, the email get moved to trash automatically when i see it on browser so this part works. Basically how to i make the hotmail to reconcile properly?

However I don't have the same problem with gmail account, is this something to do with hotmail server?

I set the read receipt option on "Yes" for both account
