My wife just got the BB Bold yesterday. Today there is a problem. She cannot reply to emails. In other words there is no send option on the menu, both the short menu and full menu. She is able to reply to text messages no problem. Only replying to emails does not work. Any suggestions?
Seems like there is a problem with main message folder. The seperate email folder works (aol), but the combined folder does not allow replies to be sent to emails in that folder. Also the main email folder does not appear in front row of icons, even though it was moved there. Any suggestions?
