Well, i am not sure if this thread should be posted here or not. I aint familiar with this site as well, but i am having some major problem so yeah..
I just downloaded the 5.0.1.38 from the blackberry application word into my phone.
And its gotten downloaded successfully. I manually added my contacts because the backup didn't work properly, but now the problem is that i cant see any of their display pictures and nor can they see mine.
Also, my friends don't have the same version as mine.. I thought of downloading the old version, but i don't know how to do that.
I did the battery pull, many times.
This is very frustrating. If someone could help, would be great!
How long have you had this new version on your phone?? Sometimes it may take a few hours for pics and everything to come through.... When I add people sometimes they can't see my default pic or vise versa but after an hour or 2 it's fine... if they have an older version which doesn't have display pics they won't have a pic anyways and they won't be able to see yours
