I personaly think that if you are given a "work" phone from your company and they pay for it the they own it and can look at what they want. but if you pay for the phone and just use it at work or connect to them with your own phone then they have no buisness looking at anything on your phone.
I agree. If you pay your phone/data plan with your Blackberry then there's nothing your job needs to put their nose into. Obviously if the Blackberry in question is being paid for by your job then they can look at whatever they want with it. I have my own Blackberry so my job can't say a thing about it. It's almost like your car. Nobody has the right to look into your car except a cop (when in the middle of a traffic citation) or your wife (because she's your wife and will do whatever she wants LOL)
