I thought i would put the print to go app on my pb to some good use,
So i opend my laptop up and went to blackberry's website to download the desktop app and it said its not available in my country?

This is strange as uk has nearly everything blackberry offer

Well I did get it early on after release in the UK,
But it failed miserably, not working.
so I deleted it.
However, this link has just worked for me

When you're doing the initial setup (which I think may be the first time you print something, but possibly before), many anti-virus programs stand in the way of what you're trying to to. Before you try and do the step of entering your pairing password, temporarily disable your av program.

My specific issue, and many others, was that I was running AVG - i would imagine that this applies to other a-v software as well.

Once that initial setup is done, though, you can re-enable. You do not have to disable every time you want to print something - just the initial setup.
