    I complain so much when it comes to phone service - I'm a former Alltel customer (a regional carrier). I'm used to spending 4 hours in their office to get anything done. - I figure I better give credit where credit is due when things go well.

    Yesterday I went to my local AT&T store to get my blackberry battery replaced. I've done extensive testing to determine it is the battery that is causing it to die after .5-1 hour. I walked in the store, was greeted by a nice kid that I described the problem to. He walked over to the shelf, took a brand new battery, and swapped mine out. I was out of the store in literally 30 seconds. I LOVE good service! My blackberry works perfectly now.

    . . . I guess all that trouble I went through erasing my Rogers Blackberry OS 4.5 to put AT&T's still-lagging 4.3 on so I wouldn't void my warranty was wasted
