Much easier to type on my laptop keyboard than on the BB.
I want to type text message on laptop, have it sent to BB which will text it out on my phone account.
Any ideas?

If just wanting to use your PC for typing text messages... I do it all the time with Verizon Messaging....

It would help to know what OS you are running.... with BB10 Blend would do this, but trick is getting it to work, which is hit an miss at this point (software was EOL back in 2015 and hasn't been updated). With Android there are a number of 3rd party solutions...

Routing emails to text... different things, I don't know of a way to do that. Email should already come to your PC....

Running BB10 on a Classic.

Someone said AirDroid won't work even after Android is installed.
I thought Android on a BB meant any Anroid app will work, guess not. How do the limitations work? Some BBs can run any Android while BB10 can run only some?

Bb10 has an android runtime baked in to it. Sort of a separate box for Android to run in inside of the bb10 os. That runtime is android 4.3. The newer BlackBerry phones ARE android is and so run current android apps without issue.
