New BB user here. I am setting up the Blackberry Desktop Manager, and have finally gotten all my old calendars and contacts on my BB, and am setting up the sync with Outlook 2007. It seems that the only options are 2-way, or complete one-way. Well, I want to be able to add contacts and calendar events on both my BB and my laptop, but I do not want deletions from the BB to be removed on the laptop. Does that make sense? This is called "Contribute" on another syncing program I use; SyncToy. I really like it, as it keeps a backup of EVERYTHING, but also leaves me free to customize my portable device. Is there any way to implement this?

The only way I can think of is to move appts you don't want on the bb to a different folder on your Outlook. I think Outlook only syncs items in the main folder. I have done this with some of my contacts that I didn't want on my bb but didn't want to delete.
