i recently got blackberry to send me a replacement device on my blackberry curve, (under the one year warranty). However it comes with a list of things that they can deem the device 'physical damage'...my blackberry doesnt turn on anymore.. i do have a little bit of peeling on the screen at the top where it says blackberry. If I send it in, and they deem it physical damage, they could charge me the entire price for it. Do you think they will for that peeling ??

(the reason i got a new one because the software on it was not working anymore)

not peeling in the sense that the entire screen comes off.. but little circles.. not even.. like little lines .. its not a crack in the screen.. its more of a peel

Define peeling, the screen is a single piece of plastic and not susceptible to peeling of any kind without the aid of tools.
