    Hello,

I have lots of experience with HTC Windows Mobile Phones but I am new to installing OS on Blackberries.

I am trying to t-mobile brand my wife's 8100 for her, it is the red AT&T phone, Sim unlocked.

I installed a t-mobile ROM onto the phone, but when it rebooted/finished, it still had the same AT&T Wallpaper, theme, and icons. It had some t-mobile stuff, too.

But what I want is for it to look just like a t-mobile phone as far as the icons, themes, etc.

Next I thought maybe it was because I had backed up the apps and maybe that was why, maybe the icons and stuff were part of that. So I installed 4.5 OS (Verdafone I think). Same deal here. And so I tried putting 4.2 back on and I think it still has 4.5 on it.

By the way when I install these, I never use the media manager or whatever it is called, it's not on my system, I just launch the App installer that comes with the ROMS, could that be why?

Anyway, how can I get this to be just like a factory fresh t-mobile phone? Thanks!

the AT&T splash screen will stay no matter what you do, you can not change this its burned in to the device permanently. You can however unlock all the vendor themes to use on your device

Sweet; I am not trying to remove the boot image as I have heard what you are saying. So I just need to unlock the vendor themes, huh?
