I have a Curve and a Holux M-1000 gps puck.

GPS works with Google Maps 1.5.4 (not 1.6.0).

GPS does not work with InfoSpace Find-It or Beyond411. I don't know why.

Whereas the blue Bluetooth LED on the Curve flashes when using Google Maps 1.5.4, it does not flash when using Infospace or Beyond411; also, Infospace just doesn't see a GPS at all, and Beyond411 reports "Sorry, GPS is not currently available".

The kicker is that if I go into "Edit Settings" on Beyond411, at the bottom, it says "GPS Available." Huh?

Can you help me figure this out?

Here are my settings:

Holux M-1000 settings:
Trusted: Yes
Encryption: Disabled
Services: SPP Slave

Bluetooth settings:
Discoverable: Yes
Allow Outgoing Calls: Always
Address Book Transfer: All Entries
LED Connection Indicator: On

Beyond411 and Infospace permissions:
USB: Allow
Bluetooth: Allow
Phone: Prompt
Location (GPS): Allow
Carrier Internet: Allow
