I was on facebook and suddenly while typing the phone just hung. had to reset via battery removal. The phone seems to work perfectly in potrait mode typing browsing etc. In landscape mode all work well except the qwerty keyboard. When I start typing in landscape mode the screen freezes, menu, back, red and green buttons all work even the screen lock but no function on the screen. I then have to remove battery and then all is well till I landscape type anything sms, email or browser. Did not load new software or apps.

sounds like a buggy OS... if you can't solve it by messing with the settings, wiping the device and reloading/ upgrading the OS might be your only options...

Hi I have tried reseting to factory defaults, then I upgraded the OS. Left it overnight and work for about 10 minutes, just enough to make me happy. I was thinking of wiping the whole system but dont have the os to load from my PC. Any suggestions please.
