I screwed up!... I tried to download OS 10.2.01.2273. I did not back up all my apps and info. I reloaded my device back to its factory settings. I lost EVERYTHING! Is there a way to restore all my info and Apps I previously had?

If you sign in on the device with the same BB ID, you'll be able to download all your apps from BB World. Anything stored on the mSD card is safe, if the card wasn't encrypted. Any accounts that sync to the cloud (email, calendar, contacts, etc.) can be re-synced. Unfortunately, if you didn't back up your device at all, any data stored on your device is gone and can't be recovered.

Any apps you purchased through BBWorld you should be able to reinstall with your BB id. That's about it, unless you have an older backup -- that would at least salvage some data.

For the apps, don't worry you'll be able to download them from
(BlackBerry World >> My World>>My apps & games>>available)

But for the data, media settings, data in apps you won't be able unless you did a back-up from BlackBerry Link before. You wiped your phone
