i want to get my fone back to how it was..i tried installin a os and now its not working everything is messed up

What do you mean by messed up? I've messed up BB's and then fixed them, and they were usually messed up in different ways each time....Are you getting any sort of error message? Also, what kind of BB do you have? (Can't see profiles on mobile)

If it's messed up as in "bricked," I would wipe with JL_Cmdr which will completely wipe the OS off of the device and then re-install with either Desktop Manager or Loader.exe.

i have the storm and the icons are real small, i cant make any out calls, pick any themes, i cant set up my email and i cant get bb messeger, i have the v4.7.0.122 (platform 4.0.0.153) OS..
i just want it back to normal .. seems like everythin is just messed up..can u please help??
