    Im new to a Blackberry. I have a curve and its from a company in Alaska that just strated carring them. While in Alaska everthing works great.
    Im in Houston now and I have no email or internet at all. I have all my bars and i can make calls and recieve them. I also have an air card from the same company on my laptop and it works fine down here.
    I spent an hour on the phone with my cell phone company and they cant figure out what is going on.
    Surely there is someone smart enouth on this board that would know what up.

    Try logging into your BIS account and resending the service books. I would also have them re-provision the BB data feature on your account.

    Are you on at&t? If so, yo here.

    Login and hit "Service books" on the left side and then click 'Send Service Books'

    Your log in and password are the same as the email setup wizard through your device..
