In our environment we have CISCO VoIP phones configured to send voicemails as attachments to Outlook. In OS 4.2 users could play their voicemails with the BlackBerry deleting the previous attachment automatically. In OS 4.5 after the first VM is downloaded it asks to rename the new attachment or cancel its download. Would you have any ideas about restoring 4.2 behavior?
