    Does the Plantronics 520 sound softer to anyone? Maybe just because it doesn't go deep into the ear?

    I have one. It is plenty loud to me. I never have a problem hearing no one. And those on the other end of the call always hear me.

    I just doesn't seem quite as loud if I am not in a quiet area.
