After upgrading my VZW 8330 curve to OS4.5 I can no longer progress to the next picture using "N" and the previous picture using "P". If I'm viewing a picture, the only way I can see the next picture is by pressing the escape key to go back to thumbnail view, then select the next picture. Anyone else having this issue?

The problem seems to BeamReader PDF application. BeamReader allows you to view native PDF files. I guess the app has a built in image viewer. Only problem, I'm unable to go from one picture to the next when viewing pictures on my blackberry. I was unable to disable the picture viewer in BeanReader. I'll try to contact the makers of BeamReader.

I have a brand new 8220 Pearl Flip and have the same problems. Of everything I can press on the pad, I can zoom in, zoom out, rotate, etc. - but there is NO apparent way to move onto the Next picture. Even tried the side controls and buttons. Have to press trackball, scroll down, and choose next, or escape back to thumbnails, scroll, and pick another.
Very annoying and frustrating.
BTW: On the Pearl, there is not "turn off home dialing" under Options, so I can't try this fix out either... Not sure if this newer version of the OS has stripped things down, or something with the T-Mobile versions, or... ?
