    Hello,
I have a 9700 on os6. I've found that when I e-mail myself images and I receive them on my blackberry, the size is reduced and the quality becomes so low I can't use the image.

Is there a setting I'm not turning on?

    Its getting pretty irritating.

are they pictures you took using the camera? if so make sure your camera settings are set at the highest resolution. also, when emailing, make sure you are sending them as their original size, not a smaller version.

i just tested it with mine, emails show the full size clear large picture.

They're images sent from my e-mail account on my laptop. They're the original size and my e-mail has never condensed images before. I've gone as far as to use a another e-mail client as well. Same results.

Have you tried downloading the image versus opening the image and just saving it? I've found downloading the image helps immensely. Also, if it's an image that I want to be very clear (like when I make my own wallpapers), I save them as .png format on my laptop and then email them to my BB where I will download them. I find that .png is better than .jpg.
