How can I download the pictures from my blackberry to my PC?
Using the same usb used for camera? or I need a blackberry software?

you will need the Desktop Manager installed so that the computer has the blackberry drivers installed.

from there you can use the media sync software that came with it.

OR you can enable Mass Storage Mode and find the pics through Windows Explorer or the Picture Import Tool.

You can use the same USB cable and you don't need any special software. Plug your BlackBerry into the USB, enable Mass Storage Mode, and you can copy to / from your BlackBerry and your PC.
