I got the order processed email already. the phone should be here tomorrow at the earliest. I might be able to get the upgrade I was told I could get.

I think you can pull it off; ****, I got my curve for Free from radio shack last august . I am sure you can get it, you have a legitimate reason. I just find it crazy that they recalled all BJ2s and they are giving you another BJ2, lol. Again... good luck. Just like it's said in 'Waterboy': You can do it!
