Yes. SMS and data still work... Pulled the battery a couple times... Alacher isn't playing either so that makes me think speaker but that doesn't explain them not hearing me. Phone still rings if you call it though

There's 2 very tiny springs that connect the voicebox to the circuitry.. if those springs arent touching the brass prongs, the caller wont be able to hear you.
And if your phone is stuck in headset mode, that's another issue all in itself.
The voice issue is a physical bug..the other could be a firmware issue.
