    For some reason my phone does not ring I have it on normal. Does anyone know how to help with this.

    In Profiles > Advanced Options > Normal > Phone, is it set on Mute or anything like that? Also make sure the Out of Holster setting is set to tone.

    Check your settings within your profile. Make sure Out of Holster is TONE and Volume is not on MUTE.
