Hi there,

I have been using this phone for a few months now with no problems, but I have a bit of a situation. I am not able to receive any incoming phone calls. People have tried calling me today (problem has been only today) and I am not seeing that they are calling or that I missed their call earlier. here are the facts:
1) this morning, as I tied my shoelaces I accidentally pushed a few buttons. No idea what buttons, but I believe this has something to do with it.
2) SIM card is fine in other phone so it can't be the issue
3) Can make outgoing calls just fine. Can receive and send texts without problem.

If anyone may be able to help me, please do let me know!

EDIT: just wanted to add that I do eventually see an "Incoming Message" alert but there is a massive delay of about 7 rings.
