You can write on Rogers facebook page to show your displeasure about not supporting Canadian company.

    or lose clients??

right, so how many people will buy a device from a company that is, at best, in 6 months either non existing as we know it today, OR bankrupt...

I wouldn't carry it either, or at least do what the US carriers are doing, ordering the devices ONCE it's paid for....

I vote they carry loose clients. This is an either-or survey, correct?

I don't understand the hivemind around here. Petition this, protest that, lawsuits, lawsuits, lawsuits.

Sorry but can someone please correct the title to read 'lose' rather than 'loose' since it's so prominent? Thanks.

Does anyone here who has ever dealt with Rogers sincerely think that by a small group of people 'threatening' to leave them (even at the risk of hundreds of dollars in early termination fees) is going to make a difference? I sincerely doubt it.

Didn't work with Netflix. Just buy an unlocked phone from BlackBerry and cut out the middle man and give BlackBerry all the profit!

You guys must be bored out of your minds after boycotting:

    * Amazon for their Android port
    * Ebay for their battery sucking app
    * No more Starbucks
    * You've all cancelled your Netflix accounts
    * You all boycotted Sprint for passing on the Z10 & Q10
    * Now your petitioning against Rogers (THE biggest Blackberry supporter that remained (the Z10 was launched BY them), there was a BIG Hoo Haa with Thorsten at the opening and the "tight" relationship between Rogers & Blackberry)

The big lifeline of Blackberry is Canadian, and they just pulled the plug on the life support machine.

So maybe the OP is saying that Rogers should let those clients who wanted a Z30 out of their contracts without having to pay the ETF... I don't know.

Actually- someone should start an official online petition. I sign them all the time for various causes. They actually do work. The key is to get someone good to write it and put all of the important things like consumer chouce, canadian jobs, etc, etc.
Without any way to verify the identity of the signatories online petitions are meaningless.

Nonsense I say!! All they have to do is add a poll and some data from StatCounter and VIOLA!!...credibility

I will be leaving Rogers after 21 years, 4 family cell phones, home phone, extreme high speed, 3 HD boxes, and some specialty channels, they can look me up to confirm.

I called them today and they said they will be getting it, although I'm not entirely confident front line agents really have to scoop.

Well from Rogers' point of view, when you have loose clients what's to stop them from cheating over to other carriers anyways?

haha get it? loose.. cheating... nvm.
