We have a great thing going on here...but small things ruin the experience for a bb10 user ...i own a bbz30 and its amazing , cant ask for better...now people at blackberry should work a bit harder , bbm app is something a been using for a long time now and with the new sticker update things got really bad , its very lagy , when u access bbm from the hub or even switch from a conversation to another ??why its such a silly thing , why not make it work normally ? is it that hard ? and the time it takes for the hub to display anything from social networks ? why so much lousiness in software ...they need to be a bit more aggressive at making the hole experience a lot better , why introduce channels and stickers to people and make it more obvious that the app is not that smooth ...they need to fix basics of experience first or else everything on top of it will fail

bb10 its self is not laging , but how many seconds does it take when u click on a income massage and opens facebook ? the bbm app itself cant take a lot of actions simultaneously

You need to check with your service provider I have no issues at all as you are outlining.

I completely know what OP is talking about. Ever since the sticker update, BBM has been so slow and laggy. But even before, when you click on a message in the hub it can take a while to load. If it's something from an app like Facebook it takes even longer.

Another glitch that I absolutely hate is when my Z10 makes notifications it shouldn't. I have all my regular BBM conversations to make a sound but my groups to be silent. Every once in a while when I get a group notification it will make a sound just like a regular BBM message.

You mean the facebook and twitter apps are slow through hub ? Yea they both suck.

The OP clearly says BBM app is lagging not BB10 itself. He is posting on a serious issue.
