Our company has gone with Blackberry Pearls for all of us field workers, there is a hitch though.
One of my co-workers has a tracheotomy, thus, all of his sound range is made up of consonants. I have tinnitis, thus, I have lost certain tonal frequencies.
It just so happens that my slight loss of hearing dovetails nicely with his lack of tonal range, so all I end up hearing is S's and T's. Does anyone know of a way to adjust my blackberry to enrich my sound values?

im with you, i have tinnitis, try pressing L durring a call, on the 4.5 os, it adjusts the in call EQ

Thanks, I'm rather new to this, do you know offhand if the 4.5 is available on the Pearl 8100?
