    Tried it, downloaded to the phone and it came up fine. The ipad doesn't seem to recognize it. Anyone offer any help? THanks.

    you need to jailbreak your ipad and download a 4.99 app from cydia called ibluever. thats the only way to get it to tether. i use it all the time when the wifi goes down at my house.
