Hello guys,
I just got my 8300 Curve and I am playing with it.
Do you know if it possible or is there is a program in order to install in my PC and chat with any user that have a blackberry phone cell using the blackberry messenger

Not really a good way. There is no point, that is what push email is for. Just send an email to the device from any web/desktop email client.
But for proof of concept...

It's not a 2 way chat solution like you were probably looking for.

What I mean is if there is a PC program similar to the Hot Mail Messenger that I can download in my PC to chat with the Blackberry messenger users.

If you want to do BlackBerry to PC chat, why not use an IM client? There isn't a way to do pin-to-pin to a PC because PCs don't have BlackBerry Pins.
