anyone actually ever had to pay for a replacement phone after you returned it?

cause they send you that letter saying if there is nothing wrong with ur phone then u'll have to pay for the replacement!?

my volume fluctuates on calls and i downgraded back to the stock OS.. and it still does it once in a while, but not every time..

just worried they are going to say it's not broken and make me pay...

there's no water or physical damage..

If it's a malfunction of the device itself then they need to replace it based on the manufacturer's warranty (assuming that you're still within the 1 year term.) I don't think that they would charge you as long as you're within the guidelines. If you're having a problem, then you're having a problem, I wouldn't worry too much.
