I had an unfortunate thing happen. My daughter tried to guess my Blackberry password. After many unsuccessful attempts, she ended up resetting the whole phone. Luckily, I had a back-up way back in June. The problem I'm having is I have a work email via Thunderbird. I used to have an icon for my work email and then a separate one for my personal email. All I have is my personal email. I can't recall how I set up my work email and I cannot remember my login information for my blackberry email account. Is there any quick and easy way out of this mess or did my daughter totally mess up my phone?
Did you set it up through BIS? I've had the issue before and it was just a matter of logging into my BIS account, then resending the service books and 'confirming' the account.
I know the default for my blackberry account with AT&T was 123ABC until I reset it. You might try to remember what you gave them as a user name maybe your email address minus the @ blackberry.net
