Well I admit my z10 has lost market value due to the passport being released.

However, my z10 will be more efficient with blend and 10.3.1 so, at least I have that going for me which is nice. Lol

Blackberry will always have a keyboard smartphone. That is their bread and butter. The PP is the closest you ever get to a keyboard phone yet being an all touch.

But the Z30 is not forgotten. In March 2015 the Z50 will be announced as a successor to the Z30.

All touch for me or bye bye BlackBerry. After all, Chen has said that BlackBerry only needs one device to get a home run. If he was hoping that the Passport was that device, he is surely wrong. In my opinion, that home run can be achieved a lot easier with an innovative, high spec all touch device.

How well did the Z30 sell? Exactly, not very well at all. BlackBerry Passport is selling well albeit in smaller batches. But this is far better than ordering a bunch of phones that don't sell

They sold 240,000 the first week to people, who already were Bb fanboys ..... Very few new subscribers, that makes it a none home run hitter. Chen is basically setting BB up for a good sale.... Drum up a tiny bit of interest then on the market it goes....just like his last company.

The reason the z30 didn't sell is their decision to have the most silent launch in smartphone history and spending about $10 on marketing the product. BlackBerry pumped a lot of time and capital into this launch.
