Maybe this has been answered but I can't seem to find anything, after downloading 10.2.1 I went onto 1Mobile and tried to download a few apps, namely SnapChat it downloaded but when I click install it says "Parse Error; There is a problem Parsing the package" and I can't get anywhere, what an I missing? I'm using a Z10 and my friend is using a Q10 and hers works fine.

Glad I'm not the only one, been told to reset my phone, I've tried battery pulls and all, still no luck.

I believe I fix the issue. Thanks to Slff. All you need is to reload your Z10. Re download Amazon or 1Market app store. Voila!

You guys know this is mostly due to the app being incompatible right? You're looking for a fix that simply doesn't exist.

Why can't programmers just put a pop up that says "file incompatible " why does it have to say "parse error "...... simplify
Well at least we know that, now I just got to figure out the whole glympse thing...

I would assume because it actually makes the error message useful to a user with the knowledge of what to do about it.

I imagine the dev didn't forsee a situation where people would try and use an app on a device that doesn't support it...

I would agree with you except my Z10 wouldn't download an app but my friend was running that exact app on her Z10 sitting right beside me, I get the parse error on my phone and she doesn't have it at all.

Hi there, hope this answer works for you.
I had the same problem trying to install the Instagram app using 9Apps after upgrading to OS 10.3. I later downloaded the app file off the net then installed and it works fine. So yea, try downloading the apk file then install.
