My Classic has better reception than my wife's HTC One. Does anyone know how it works ? Some kind of diversity antenna scheme ?

Oddly enough my z30 never got better signal than my Z10. So I don't believe the hype

Z30 seems to be good.

But on the QWERTY side, my Q10 gets reception (two bars, or something!) in the nearby rainforest valley, and the Passport doesn't (red x) ...

Opinions, tech specs, tests and real life. It's a jungle out there. Mmmhhh... :-)

Agreed... my q5 gets the best signal of all to be honest...

I work in a theater in Lincoln Center in Manhattan, far below ground, and with lots of metal, concrete, etc. between me and the outside world. My Q10 can only get a signal if you go to exactly the right spot in the right hallway and pray hard enough. The Z30, however, was able to pick up 4G LTE in a number of places where nobody else with any make of phone was getting any bars. One of the many reasons I miss the Z30.
