    After upgrading to a Bold last week from an E62 Nokia (S60), I began receiving the 3020 Ozmail texts. I searched online and tried inserting the SIM card in the old phone to delete the email accounts, as recommended. The SIM did not even find the Mobile Mail app, let alone any accounts. This is a new SIM card (3G) as the old one was not a 3G card. I don't have the old card as ATT took it when they issued me the new one. I did not remove the mobile mail app from the E62 when I switched.

    I subsequently went to the local AT&T store to see if they could help. After I asked them to do so, they said they deleted my old email accounts. This has somewhat reduced the number of error texts, but I still get 3 or 4 a day.

    I cannot seem to find anyone in ATT tech support who can rectify the problem.

    Does anyone on here have any thoughts or suggestions?
