Forgive my possible ignorance as this is my first post. I have 19 users running OS4.2.2.176 on 8830s with direct-push e-mail from a BB Enterpirse Server. When an e-mail that includes Outlook voting buttons is sent to a user, that user cannot see (or use) that feature. In order for the voting buttons to appear and function is there RIM software, a mail setting or 3rd Party application to solve this issue?
