    It's my BB on BIS and work Outlook e-mail that I'm trying to access OTW (not sync). I used to go to the company web page, go to remote access, log in (user name / domain / password) and do my stuff. Now, I do all that, and I see my inbox, but I can't do anything, i.e., I can't open, delete, mark, etc., anything - in short, the little arrow never changes to a little hand pointing and let me click on anything. Our IT guy didn't know but he's, truly, busy with more important stuff. I tried upgrading to OS 4.3 and 4.5 and trying Opera Mini. It just won't work on my BB. It works fine (OTW access) on a 'real' computer and I can't think of anything else to try.

    You can set up your BB to receive mail through OWA on your carrier's BIS website. However you will only receive mail and will not be able to sync contacts and calendar items. This will be easier for your than logging in via the BB's browser.
