HELP!!!!!!!!! I was updating my software when my computer crashed. I have curve 8330 I just got it from a friend. I have pulled the battery and when I put it back in the screen stay black and the little red led flashes 2 times every few seconds. I keep seeing all these posts on how to reboot it but my screen doesn't even come one nor does my computer want to recognize it at all. please help me I don't wanna loose this brand new blackberry.
