They probably have it on demonoid or mini nova, pirate bay etc.

Download OS 4.5. I don't think 4.3 is out for the curve.

its from orange so be sure to delete vendor.xml file

Unless I'm mistaken, 4.3 is only available for CDMA Curves. I don't think it will work on a GSM phone.

It is available on the Verizon Wireless website, but you will need to skip it and gpo straight to 4.5.
