im using the hot spot browser on my curve 8320. i want to auto login to optimum wifi on the go i know i can save the profile and have but want to setup my login and password in the wifi profiles but dont what security type they are using

no only give you that option on a computer, laptop not on the BB

I think you should call tech support and ask them that question.
