Second, Here Are MY Settings For Opera:

WEB PAGES
Check Off Load Images (You Wanna See The Pics, Right?)
Image Quality: HIGH (I Like Bigger Pictures)
Font SIze: Medium (I Have Good Eyes, I Don't Need The Big Font)
Mobile View Is Checked Off (There's More Navigation To Be Done If Not Checked)

APPEARANCE
Visual Effects Is Checked Off
Fullscreen Mode Is Not Checked Off (I Like To Have Option Buttons Available)
Show Overview Is Not Checked Off (Check This Off If You Also Have The Mobile View Checked Off, This Option Is To See Were Exactly In The WEB PAGE You Want To View First)

NETWORK
Protocol, I Leave This At Socket, I haven't Mess With It.
Clear Cookies, Well, You Know What Thats For.

Btw... All these settings are of your preference.

I choose Image Quality: Low. When I want high image quality, I find a PC. Font Size, I use small all the time (better than perfect vision.) Mobile view is not checked, once again my preference.

Everything else I leave default.
