Does anyone know how to add different options in the Open In overflow option such as the picture app. Not all appropriate apps are listed. Is there any way to change the list?

Open In is handled automatically by the OS based on what other apps recognize the current app's file type and can open it. For example when I choose Open In for a .jpg image file I am viewing in the Pictures app, I have three choices because I have three other apps that can read .jpg files. I can't get the Acrobat Reader app to open a .jpg file because it only recognizes .pdf files.

What exactly are you trying to do?

When I open a picture, Photo Studio pro is not an option. I was hoping there would be a way to alter the options.

As you've noticed, it only works with native BB10 apps.

Open in will work with Android apps. I just tried to open a PowerPoint file:

I guess it all depends how the app is coded. Now that I think about it, I've used the native Video app to open files in the Android VLC Player.
